Orders & shipping

We offer made-to-order printed tees for delivery within India. Check the design, fit, size and delivery address carefully before ordering. Product images are illustrations or mockups; use the unisex size and fit guide when choosing your tee.

Displayed opening prices include India shipping. “Ships Oct 05” is the planned dispatch date, not a guaranteed arrival date. Arrival depends on the courier and destination. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you and refund an order we cannot fulfil.

Returns & refunds

No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. Because tees are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, a customer-selected size or fit, or a design or colour preference when the item supplied matches the accepted order and its description.

Your statutory rights remain. This policy does not exclude refunds, returns or other remedies required under applicable Indian consumer law. This includes defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or spurious goods, non-delivery, and late delivery where a refund is legally required. A replacement or store credit will not be imposed instead of a refund where you are entitled to one.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items, including any related delivery charge. Duplicate or failed-payment debits are handled separately from this product returns policy and will be reconciled with the payment provider.

Order changes & cancellations

Contact support as soon as you need to change or cancel a paid order. We will confirm whether production can be stopped and whether the request can be accepted. Please do not assume an order has changed or been cancelled until you receive confirmation. If we accept a cancellation, we will confirm the refund due; statutory rights continue to apply.

Help with an order

For order questions, changes or refund requests, contact the store desk. Messages are available privately to the store owner. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method; bank processing times can vary.

When reporting an issue, include the order reference and a description of the problem. Photos of an incorrect or damaged item can help us investigate. This policy does not require an unboxing video or waive any statutory remedy.

The fan project

Purchases do not cast tournament votes. Doke Dex powers, stories and character stats are game content. Tournament records are dated snapshots.

Privacy & cookies

We use delivery and contact details to process orders and provide support. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Customer details are available only in the private store desk.

If you choose Allow, Meta Pixel shares page visits, tee selections, bag additions, checkout starts and confirmed purchases with Meta to measure our ads and help show relevant ads. This includes product IDs, quantities, order value, browser and device information, page URLs and advertising identifiers. We do not include your name, email, phone number or delivery address in these events, and automatic matching is disabled.

Policy updates

The version displayed when an order is accepted will govern that order, subject to applicable law. Later updates will not remove rights attached to an existing order.
